Renewable Energy Training Courses

Today we are going to talk about the different renewable energy training courses that are being offered. These renewable energy trainings consists of   Solar Hot Water, Rainwater Harvesting,  Air to Air Heat Pumps and Under floor heating training.

The first renewable energy is the solar water heater, it is one of the easiest and most cost effective methods of getting hot water for home usage, there are many training facilities that offer this renewable energy training, this training is of 3 to 5 days in which the participitants  will learn the theory, design considerations and installation strategies necessary to install and maintain a solar domestic hot water system, as well as some hands-on labs and tours of solar hot water systems.

Then come the Rainwater Harvesting , basically it is the method of collecting rainwater from external surfaces of any building and collecting it in a storage facility after filtration , This recovered water, without treatment, can be used for toilet flushing, car washing and garden washing , it is also a 2 to 3 days training course which includes theory and practical , in which students are first given introduction to this renewable energy training and then are trained on purpose built full size Rainwater & Greywater harvesting rigs.  The practical training session covers the installation, maintenance and servicing of such rainwater and greywater harvesting systems.

The third renewable energy training is of air to air heat pump, the training course consists of Introduction and theory of an air to air heat pump, Components of the Green source air to air heat pump, Correct sitting of the appliance to achieve optimum performance, Installation practice (excluding refrigerant circuit), Electrical connections, Functional control settings, Customer handover, Basic fault finding

Under-floor Heating systems are now available for all floor types; they use on average between 15% and 40% less energy than traditional heating systems and create a better standard of comfort.  The training course covers all the topics in the training manual in more depth and includes practical work Equipment required ,Floor coverings & under floor heating systems ,Running pipe work ,Connections , Electrical and mechanical systems controls ,Testing , Filling, venting, commissioning & fault finding ,Hand over .
